The hotel is pretty new. The room was big and had a nice balcony. Everything was clean and tide. Had free open space parking

A great place to stay

What guests loved:

A lovely place to stay while exploring Modena. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood with hardly any tourists. Restaurants and sights are just a short walk away. Tram stops right in front of the ho...

Areas for improvement:

The shower needs a bit of TLC - cracking tiles, mold and aging shower head. The door makes a horrible buzzing sound when opening with the keypad… kind of like a jail cell…!

What guests loved:

Nice size room with a great view....8th floor. The Breakfast was very good for 8 euro per person. VERY clean. Front desk staff was always helpful during our two night stay.
